  • What areas do you service?
    If your location is not listed and you would like service please call our office during business hours and we will determine if we have availability in your area.   • Are you insured?
    Yes! Your safety and protection are a top concern. We carry full general liability insurance.
  • Are your cleaner’s employees or sub-contractors?
    Our cleaning technicians are all employees of Luxurious Cleaning Services. For your peace of mind, each technician undergoes criminal background check and drug screening as apart of the hiring process.
  • Should I prepare for my cleaning day?
    We ask that you provide a reasonably clutter-free home by picking up personal items such as toys, clothes, etc. This ensures that our technicians can get right to work cleaning your property.
  • Do I need to be home?
    No, most of our clients are not home when we clean. They hide a key in a secure location, provide us with a key or provide us a code for entry. If you work from home or prefer to be home when we clean, we do our best to clean around you. Keys provided will be stored in a lockbox in our office which only the managers have access to.
  • Who provides the cleaning products and equipment?
    We provide all our own supplies and equipment to clean your property.
  • What about my pets?
    We love friendly pets and have a pet fee of $25. The pet fee is due to extra time and product required to effectively remove pet hair and dander from surfaces. If your pet is nervous or the least bit aggressive, please have them in a secure location for our employee’s safety and their comfort. Please notify us if you have pets so we can document it for our cleaners. If your pet is not secured and displays ANY aggressive behaviors towards our cleaning technicians, our technicians will leave your property and your full cleaning fee will be imposed. The safety of our employees is of the utmost importance.
  • Should I tip my cleaner?
    Tipping is never expected but always appreciated for exceptional service.
  • What if I’m not satisfied?
    Our work is 100% satisfaction guaranteed. If we fall short in meeting your expectations, please notify us, by email and with pictures, within 24 hours of your cleaning and we will gladly return to re-clean any unsatisfactory areas free of additional charge.
  • Do you offer same or next day service?
    Generally, no we do not. On a rare and limited basis we may accept a same or next day booking, but there will be a emergency services fee of $150 attached to your normal bill. If you absolutely need same or next day service, please contact the office to check for availability.
