We're hiring experienced, independent, and highly motivated individuals to join our sales team.

This is an opportunity for a highly driven individual to achieve unlimited income potential while still being independent, and without investing in products or having the big overhead associated with running a business.

​

For the proper person it’s fairly simple, B2B & B2C, representing our luxury cleaning services. Closing clients is very straightforward with our online flat fee pricing forms. You’ll have the cold leads provided to you on a consistent basis, and we will not stop your from performing your own outreach outside of the leads. You will be able to use your own tactics: Cold calling / texting, Emailing, Direct Mail, Social Media, your own referral network or anything you can think of that is ethical / legal.

You’ll walk new clients through an easy to use online form and instruct them how to sign a service contract with us. Once the client pays for their first month of service for that contract you receive your generous 5% percentage cut for the total contract length they signed up for.

We're only interested in talking to individuals with a strong work ethic who are self-motivated and are excellent at building relationships with clients. You must be well organized, and represent our company in a polished manner. You must be experienced, and really know how to generate your own leads in our target market (Charlotte, NC & surrounding towns). Then you must know how to follow up and close. We are not providing any training or tools for this position.

Our sales team members are responsible for learning about our products & services. Also understanding our market competition, and how to position our services to be viewed as the right value for the client’s needs. Thus, generating sales in the booming / recession proof residential and commercial cleaning industry.

   Contract (1099)

   Flexible / Self-determined

PAY:

   $30,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

   Commission based only!

   Mileage is NOT reimbursed.

Qualifications:

• Understand our services, our market competition, and how to position our services to be viewed as the right choice and value for the client’s needs

• People skills

• Confidence and motivation to work toward targets

• Good organizational and time management skills

• B2B and or B2C sales: 3 year +

• Related industry (commercial / residential cleaning, real estate or other) 1 year (Preferred)
   

Requirements:

• Must have sales experience (No training provided)

• Must be able to pass a criminal background check

• Must be over the age of 18

• Must attend all scheduled company sales meetings (remotely)

• Must reside in the US and be legally allowed to work in the US
