Full Job Description

​

A Cleaning Technician is responsible for the cleaning and maintenance of a building, company, or property. As a cleaning technician, your primary duties include but are limited to cleaning floors, washing walls, cleaning and sanitizing bathroom fixtures, disposing of garbage, changing linens, inspecting the premises and reporting damage or faults. You may also be in charge of ordering cleaning materials and equipment. No prior experience is necessary to apply for this position; however, previous experience is preferred. An applicant must be able to read, write and speak fluent english, possess strong physical stamina, stand / bend / kneel for long periods, have excellent time management skills, and reliable transportation. This is a Part-Time / Per Deim position with a rapidly growing company.

Schedule:

   Part-Time / Per Diem

​

PAY:

   $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

   

Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years or older

  • Effective oral communication with basic math and computer skills

  • Valid driver’s license

  • Insured motor vehicle capable of transporting cleaning supplies and equipment

  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance

  • Ability to climb step stool, and occasionally work in tight spaces (e.g. attics)

  • Ability to sit/stand/walk/bend/kneel for prolonged periods of time

  • Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects

  • Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals

  • Ability to travel within our service area

  • Ability to successfully complete a background check 

  • Ability to pass random drug screenings

  • Must be willing to sign a non-compete / non-solicitation waiver

  • Must reside in the US and be legally allowed to work in the US
